Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined BillionToOne’s $130 million Series D round.

BillionToOne is a precision diagnostics company developing technology that can count DNA molecules at the single-molecule level.

The round was led by Premji Invest and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, Neuberger Berman, Adam Street Partners, Baillie Gifford, Civilization Ventures, Libertus Capital, and Fifty Years.
