Silicon Legal Welcomes Former Wilson Sonsini Associate Steve James

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that associate Steve James has joined the firm in its San Francisco office.

Steve James is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Steve helps startup companies at every stage, including formation, equity and debt financing, M&A, and day-to-day corporate matters. Steve also advises venture capital investors on their investments in startup companies.

Prior to joining SLS, Steve was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in New York City, where he advised startup companies and venture capital investors. Steve also worked in-house at Thrivent, a Fortune 500 insurance company in Minneapolis, where he advised private equity investors.

Steve received his law degree from the University of Iowa and his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University.
